So I felt so bad in February that I did not have time to add any new posts to the PCH Blog. Now it is the end of March and the same thing has happened….again!
The news I have to share is mounting up and I need to take the phone off the hook, turn off the stove and ignore all surrounding conversations. I MUST CATCH UP with my writing.
We have had classes, we have cancelled classes, we have had some wonderful functions and we have had some totally awesome food experiences and all in all, life has been quite busy and amazing these last two months.
