About Us

Debra Cerasa (Deb) and Terry Chessells (Tez) have lived at Plough Creek Homestead (PCH) for more than a decade. Everything they embrace about life: family, friends, food, wine, garden, travel.... and life in general, is reflected in the property.
Over the years they dreamed of turning PCH into a homestead that could be shared with others. Their journey has influenced many parts of what is now PCH.
When considering "the branding", so that a recognisable logo would always bring one's mind back to PCH, Deb knew exactly how it would look. In her mind's eye her Italian grandmother personified that image. "Nonna" holding her childhood pet is represented in the graphic artist's drawing of her Nonna that is now PCH's logo.
All the influences that shape Deb and Tez's practice of the art of conviviality are from their travels and experiences locally, nationally and internationally.
