Thank you for an amazing weekend.
Plough Creek Homestead International Cooking School.
This weekend I attended a series of classes on French and Italian cuisine at PCH.
My first impression coming down the driveway was, oh this is just like home! As I walked around the back of the homestead I instantly felt comfortable and welcome. Deb and Lloyd Morse ( the guest chef) immediately dropped what they were doing and greeted me in true country style; like I was a long lost friend.
Debs kitchen is amazing and easily catered for both presenter and student needs. Attention to detail was admirable and Deb's professional yet warm manner made for an excellent learning environment and wonderful experience.
The quality of the guest chef was a privilege rarely found outside of a capital city. I felt at home, relaxed and able to learn many invaluable tips, as well as eat some amazing dishes!
I will definitely attend Plough Creek Homestead International Cooking School again; I only hope that I will be quick enough to gain a spot in the classes because when others discover this gem it is going to be as sought after and revered as a white truffle!
Thank you Deb, you are an amazing host with a wonderful home and a true innovator to introduce this opportunity to the country .
